AOMA serves as your eyes and ears on state and federal issues and regulations. We will keep you informed on all issues relating to our industry. Whether it is a new regulation coming down the pike or simply a reminder to renew your registration with the state, we are your personal assistant. We are continually reading and researching to keep you in compliance and in the know with what is happening throughout our industry.
 

Members have a strong voice during the legislative session with our lobbying efforts and AOMA’s ability to rally grassroots support from our active membership. AOMA is also affiliated with the Energy Marketers of America, headquartered in Washington D.C. AOMA members automatically become members of EMA and are eligible to attend EMA seminars, conventions and meetings; and benefit from their lobbying effort at the federal level. AOMA is also active in NACS.
 

With the rapidly changing definition of the petroleum marketer, educational seminars are a priority with AOMA. AOMA also schedules seminars on current issues to give members additional insight on topics such as Environmental and DOT Compliance, Legal Concerns, and Alcohol and Tobacco education.
 

Our jobbers, c-store owners and operators have the opportunity to view the latest in equipment and services for our industry and get the chance to visit one-on-one with vendors and fellow AOMA members during our Arkansas Convenience & Energy Expo in conjunction with our annual convention.
